Because each product is custom-made specifically for each customer, final products may have slight variations due to:

We recommend uploading a clear, bright, and high-quality image to achieve the best possible result.

We are not responsible for reduced print quality caused by low-resolution, blurry, dark, or unsuitable images uploaded by customers.

3. Custom Image Requirements and Customer Responsibility

By uploading images to Hydery Puzzle, you confirm that:

  • You own the image or have permission to use it.

  • The image does not violate any copyright, trademark, privacy, or other third-party rights.

  • The image does not contain illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content.

You are solely responsible for any claims, damages, or disputes arising from images submitted by you.

4. Order Process

Once an order enters production, changes to the image, product details, or shipping information may not be possible.

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after purchase.

After this period, your order may have entered production and cannot be canceled or modified.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including incorrect product prices or promotional discounts.

Payment must be completed before your order enters production.
